Likuyani — The Huduma Jitume Digital Centre in Kongoni Ward remains under construction.
The project is expected to:
Provide internet access
Create online job opportunities
It is part of a broader plan for youth empowerment.
However, delays raise concerns about:
Implementation timelines

Real impact on youth unemployment
❓ Questions on the Ground:
When will the centre be completed?
How many youth will benefit?
Will it deliver real jobs or remain a promise?
