County officials, led by Dr. Phitalis Masakhwe from the Office of the Governor, recently conducted a comprehensive site inspection and project assessment across Likuyani Sub-County.
The evaluation team focused on critical infrastructure projects designed to boost local industry and access to clean water. Among the key sites visited were the Matunda Water Treatment Plant, the Matunda Water Intake Project, and the ongoing Likuyani Industrial Park construction.
Delegates from the State Department of Industrialization alongside county technical teams confirmed that structural works, including low- and high-level water tank casting at the industrial park, are actively progressing to keep project timelines on track.
