Deberious Shikuku Praises Kongoni Ward Table Banking Women’s Group
Kongoni Ward, Likuyani – Deberious Shikuku, during a short visit home, joined the Smart B Kisigame Area Table Banking Women’s Group for their weekly meeting.
In his Facebook post, Shikuku expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and prayers from the group. He highlighted how the women are empowering themselves through small savings and lending initiatives to improve their livelihoods.
He stated:
“I am truly grateful for the prayers and the warm welcome. It was inspiring to learn how they are empowering themselves in their own small ways and steadily improving their livelihoods. Such initiatives we must support and encourage—they are the backbone of community empowerment and sustainable livelihoods.”
